Even if its poor play, it seemed to work because Brian kept firing shells into Erick throughout the session even though Erick had played pretty loose-passive the entire time.

Anyone else getting really antsy about seeing the monster table start to form in a few weeks from now?

As far as the first half of the season goes, Doyle Brunson and Daniel Alaei impress me the most. Erick Lindgren is the most disappointing. Both seasons 2 and 3, he has played very passively... he missed a lot of value bets, he never takes the lead so he often has no clue where he is at in a hand, he never tries to isolate regardless of his hand, the list goes on.

Farha made his best move of the season: Got up and left.

He was absolutely schooled.. and he played horribly. His image was rock bottom yet he still tried to make plays at pots with total garbage. He did the same crap on season 2 but just got incredibly lucky and everyone got scared of him. I guess he realized his image was destroyed and thus he wasn't gonna win any at that game so he left. Good move.

The Townsend/Elezra hand where Eli has KJ and Townsend flops a Fullhouse. How the hell does Eli not bet the turn when townsend checks? He much be afraid of a flush? Townsend wishes he'd bet the turn there since the river made a 1 card flush. But I'm just surprised elezra was able to get off so cheaply with a monster hand by his standards.

Could he have been trying to trap aba, and then decided to abandon the plan when the board got scary? It's either that, or aba accidentally left his cards face up on the table.

When I search I on the YouTube "high stakes poker" i only found the old ones such as season 1 Biggest pots etc. Should read FAQ I guess.

HSP is losing its appeal for me, some of these name pros play so bad, in particular their bet sizing is just atrocious sometimes. Real pity aba didnt get a chance to destroy the table.

How can you say that when only a few players were even involved in props (I believe it was Doyle, Daniel, Eli and Ted last season)?

BTW... from the hands that we were shown, sbrugby lost about $45,000 in the first 4 episodes we've seen.

A lot people don't like Wasicka because he is not flashy or showy but he is hangin really well. He is able top get away with plays like that 65o hand because of his image. IMO he is a lot better than some give him credit for.

Umm.. then why play KJ at all (a total fish hand). Maybe Eli still remembers going broke with KJ last season to Lindgren.
