I thought this thread had been done but I spent 10 minutes searching and couldn't find it.

Anyways, something finally clicked and I'm finally motivated to shed some lbs and get healthy. I just got an exercise bike and have started using it every day and lost 3 lbs my first week.

I've enjoyed it a ton more than I thought I would but I can always use more motivation, and what better to do that than music.

I nominate my 2 favorites:

Eh i know this has been done before, but I would also like to hear some suggestion. From my experience, workout (treadmill or whatever) is very boring and having NEW songs is really important. I'll give u a couple:

Standells: "Dirty Water"
Bjork: "Army of Me"
Dangelo: "Brown Sugar"
