No, its a legit reload bonus. I assume its to get us to expand our options rather than just neteller.

NetTeller is complying with the new U.S. regulations--maybe it has something to do with that?

Or maybe since they know that most Americans use Neteller, they want to direct this offer to non US players whose busines may be more long term.

I think this is exactly the reason..UB wants to ease to transition when Netteller closes there doors..The real power of the UIGEA lies in a ban by "deFacto" ..When Netteller closes there doors it will create a panic of its "illegal" and nobody wants that..Solution is to introduce other payment option and moving "poker money" out of the netteller network..

I don't see anything advertised about a reload bonus. There is 100% first time bonus though

Not to hijack, but is it possible to use my debit card there?

I don't know how else to take advantage of this bonus without neteller.

Most likely not..Debit cards are processed like credit cards and blocked a long time ago..

Maybe. My debit card works on Stars but not on Full Tilt. Try it and see.

I have a theory. When I used to prop for a medium sized room they would do this. They told us it was because their NT account would get large and with the rollover they would get inbalanced. To prevent having to deposit funds in another method to cash players out they would offer a good bonus with the other methods to balance their accounts. With the introduction of ePassporte I assume it has something to do with that.

I didn't get it, I used to get their emails like clockwork. I guess uninstalling the softs and telling them off may have gotten me off the email list!

In the interest of tieing the pieces together:

This website has a collection of statements from money transfer services regarding their position on the UIGEA. Unfortunately, most haven't said anything one way or the other yet.
