Why would you fold? On the turn they either both have Aces or are both insane. Neither of these possibilities makes folding river seem appealing.

...by default one of these guys is insane given that they're both still betting/raising when the top card pairs on the river. so fold because one of them must have been going insane on the turn right?

Basic hand reading says not to fold. They would have to be nuts to give so much action on the turn without a straight.

Basic reasoning says they are both retarded and have no idea how to play their hands. This means you have to call on pot odds because neither one has properly represented any kind of possible hand.

Bingo, The only 2 pair rivered boat possibilities are KJ and KT given the action PF and on the flop and these guys would be nuts to give that much action on the turn with either of these hands.
