Where do I start? I just have to comment that I now see why "the brat" always wears a hat. What a dork! That doo doesn't even look real. The whole celeb poker thing is lame, but come on Phil. interesting to see how wannabe pro/celebrity poker players tend to pick on helmuth.

i'd rather spend my time learning to play better and try to take his chips at the table one day (wishful thinking, i guess) than making comments like that behind his back.

it's all a matter of character, i guess.

I don't understand the Phil hating. Give the guy his props. Not only is he an excellent player, but the man's comedic gold in front of the camera. He's a brat for sure, but dont tell me u don't say or think the same stuff when you're an overdog like 80%:1 after some donkey made a play at you and u take a bad beat. His problem is he vocalizes feelings he should've learned long ago to keep in check. Can you hate a guy who always make you laugh your ass off when u see him? Watch 2003 wsop with him and Sam Grizzle, or the 2004 TOC with him and Annie (facelift) Duke, or the last few episodes of HSP. Now that's entertainment!

I don't find Phil the least bit entertaining.
I change the channel when he goes off.

However I'll buy a beer for the guy who said,
"No one should buy your DVD because you're a punk"

That was Danneman. I'd buy him a beer for that, too. Phil was being an ass to the dealer and floorman. Give crap to the other players at the table, but those guys are just trying to make a living.

Anyone see Hellmuth on High Stakes Poker? Wow - I thought I was a steamer sometimes. That was ultra-mega-hyper-donkey tilt! Classic. Just beautiful.

Yea, I like the comment Daniel N made about Antonio in relation to Phil. Regards to how Anotnio took some beats, and look at the difference between the 2 at the table. Phil being the only one not present at the table when he said this.

He was on major Tilt, hes trying to prove hes a great cash game player and he is proving all the other pro cash game players right, he is not.. OBv, just a short sample size of his game telv in cash game, but for the limited amount of time he tilted pretty bad for the little problems he ran into/
