AQ facing overbet on 689Q9 board

I'm taking random shots at MSNL and was wondering if this is a standard fold or call against a 24/21/7 (70 hands)? I was running at about the same stats, we hadn't tangled postflop but 3betting some pre.

he's full and missed his c/r on the flop really often. same may sometimes go for 89s, JTs, etc. this is a bluff super rarely

Without some specific read that villain pulls this kind of stunts as bluffs, I can't see any way of calling this. Standard fold.

i think without a strong read that he turns medium strength made hands into big bluffs in 3 bet pots, i think the river is a fold

Not against anyone but a huge loser, anyway.

i think this is a lot closer than people are making it out to be. He can had KK and AA here quite often but he can also be bluffing as villian puts u on JJs or 10s.

Given that u've played with villain 70 hands, i fold.

You should have raised the turn obviously. He figures you've just called the turn on a draw, otherwise you would have raised with something like AQ. You would have bet the flop if you hit top pair on it, so he's representing the 9, he knows you don't have it, no draws hit on the river.

Great play.

this is kind of the key point, there no descrption of the villian in the OP, so its hard to say, id probably fold but be kinda temped to call, its tough because its really hard to gauge his range since u checked the flop. also, ur image is pretty important in spots like this, this hand is very metagame related.
