New Full Tilt e-mail
Anyone read that "tips from the pros" e-mail from Karina Jet where she talks about how 2-5 nl is the right game for her. The whole article is pretty lame. I just love the line where she brags about having used to play in games big enough where she could "win or lose a few thousand in a given night." HOLY SMOKES... full tilt sure digs deep sometimes.

Re: New Full Tilt e-mail
A sponsored pro at my table is usually a very good thing because many very, very bad players want to "play with a pro" and will sit in the game.
Other than that, why should I care? The money I win from them spends the same as what I win from anyone else. |
Re: New Full Tilt e-mail
The vast majority of FT clients play micro or small stakes. So it makes sense that they also sponsor lower stakes players, and not just the high ones.

u should care cause she is getting paid to do what u do [/ QUOTE ] Like hell she is! She's not getting paid to play poker you silly fools. She's getting paid to represent a company. She's a Full Tilt representative, and she's hired to make the company look good to anyone she comes in contact with. Regardless of how good they are at poker, online or B&M. And frankly, she plays in the games that the majority of the 'fish' play in. So they finally have a "pro" who likes to slum it up a little. Geez you people are either really dense or just to frigging young and arrogant. Or bored. How many people are posting at work? Yeah, me too. |
Re: New Full Tilt e-mail
work, lol

Re: New Full Tilt e-mail
what are the odds that she actually wrote this article anyway?

[/ QUOTE ] I adore how people on this site talk about thousands as if it's no real amount of money, yet the vast majority of people on this site don't have a few thousand dollars of profit from poker. Obviously OP is wiping his ass with 100 dollar bills, so balla. |
