I think we need to condense this all into one thread. All these different Tie53 threads are clogging this forum that's usually filled with such interesting and intellectual discussion. From now on lets just keep it in one thread!

One thing I find amazing is how many guys have access to 350k+ when they are playing these guys -- how easy it is to get that much in their accounts on the drop of a hat (or tie).

I haven't played against him.

Judging by the huge amount of people waiting 24/7 to gamble $60k on a hand of poker v him, you can draw your own conclusions as to his skill level, altho he's def not a 'donk' ala skywalker, from randomly observing his hands, I'd guess he would beat the average 10/20nl player

because he displays no tendencies that perky had (miniraising the btn, saying retarded things like bajunky in the chat, etc). Also, he plays better imo.

I'm not sure if you're serious, but I've always thought that was a serious possibility. Beal always did prefer playing heads-up, he's known as a good but not great player and has an unlimited bankroll.

It would be great for online poker if Beal did start playing. One doubt I have is that Beal is a bank owner and the UIGEA has made online poker taboo in banking circles. But maybe he's rich enough that he doesn't care.

He also has connections to many owners/pros from FTP, so getting money online would be no trouble for him

i will say that glove and tie do have the same exact vpip and pfr stats in my DB. 3800 hands on glove at 50/100 and 3000 hands for tie at 3/6 fwiw...maybe just a coincidence tho.
