The Tiger Woods of Poker
 

The other day me and my friend were discussing who their favourite poker player was. My friend said he's was the Tiger Woods of Poker. He wouldn't tell me who this is, but when I said, are you lying, he said no, it's teh truth. So I assumed it to be Paul "The Truth" Darden.

Who else considers Paul Darden their favourite poker player?

Mine is Phil Ivey, but I can be swayed by convincing arguments which my friend failed to provide!

if everyone in this thread was banned (inc. me) i would have no problem with it. i think we should at least consider it.

i love how the obv. op troll spawned a massive trollfest. i also love that, even after it has been pointed out that this thread is a complete troll, people will still try to respond legitimately. also- phil galfond did wtc.

Your friend is right..it IS Paul Darden and the similarity with Woods is even stronger because Darden also plays golf and even have a book out called:

"Check out my golf club!" - by Paul "I swear it`s mo fookin truth" Darden.

There is no Tiger Woods of poker or any other sport for that matter. he is by 500 million miles the best athlete that ever lived. And I actually don't consider golfers "atheletes" but he is. His physical fitness work ethic blows away any other athlete on the planet. My 2 cents anyway.
