I realize no strat in BBV but since many of the responses are really comments on OPs hand I guess I'm not too far out of bounds here.

Is the overbet really that horrible of a play? I would think that this is a player dependent play, in that if you think you will entice a call it doesn't seem all that atrocious of a play. OP could be representing the nuts he has or a bluff or lower set or if he has laggo image even two pair or just an overpair.

Caveat: I don't play unlimited HE so be nice.
