BEAT: this weekend I've been really sick, 103 fever, havent been able to keep any food down. It's been pretty terrible.
anyways, I haven't really been eating any solid food and I've been puking every 2 or 3 hours (sometimes more frequently) so most of it is just stomach acid which is pretty painful.

This is easy - just nibble on saltines or toast or something, and try to drink Sprite or ginger ale (or Gatorade.)

okay, I forgot to include a key piece of information that without this seems like a super easy answer.

If I eat almost anything I will throw up more often because my stomach is so so weak right now

this makes it obviously between #1 and #2 I believe.

drink a lot of water, you don't wanna dehydrate yourself. Additionally, you need to get vitamins down so take some Airborne.

try some sort of broth. Chicken, vegetable something along those lines. Lots of water as others are saying.

just drink juices and water. i had a stomach virus and just drank welches grape juice... the best vomit ive ever tasted

I've been drinking (somewhat successfully) a ton of vitamin water, which btw, tastes almost exactly the same coming back up.
