No Limit version of this hand:

Hero raises 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], choosing his raise size carefully based on simulations and advanced equations, because No Limit is such a complicated game.

Maniac raises to 3x the size of hero's bet.

Hero does not reraise because even the maniac will only continue with a better hand, does not call because No Limit is so tough and complicated and playing a pot out of position will make his mind blow up.

Hero praises what a magnificent and complicated game No Limit Hold'em is, how breathtaking it is that even on a mundane hand like this, his 256th hand in a row without seeing a flop, ALL HIS CHIPS ARE AT RISK, and folds.

i think we started disliking tournament players cause its just mindless push/fold strategy (exaggeration) and then just somehow carried it over to limit. but they do play more postflop turn/rivers than we do for sure.
