wow, that was pretty harsh on sanjaya. justified though... i wonder if he's safe... simon basically implied that was the worst performance in AI finals history by anyone.

I'm sorry but I just don't see how someone could justify not voting for Sanjaya. I'm definitely tuning in next week if he makes it through for the same reason that I just can't look away from a particularly gruesome transportation accident.

sanjaya might be utter dog poop when it comes to singing but he's still much, much more entertaining than lakisha or chris ever was (I would lump phil in there too, but I actually kinda liked his performance tonight and now I feel dirty about it)

No one can handle the long songs. They're used to ~ 1:30 and now they have to do 3 minute long ones.

Randy - ok...kind o nasally....just didn't hit him...felt no emotion

Paula - some crap comment about he is a good performer (she didn't really like)

Simon - questions audience standing ovation. thought the whole performance was totally insignificant.

Chris said the nasal thing is intentional...hence tthat is why he does it every week PURE GOLD!

Chris tells Simon that he sings Nasally on purpose because it is a style of singing then threw out a Va Tech shout out that will probably be the only reason he would stay until next week.
