it is so perfect i was about to say nannies. but the high tech jaws of life made me a believer. i wonder if it came out of his mouth when he fell on the gate or if it slammed into the roof of his mouth and then he repositioned himself afterwards.

Fence with those spade shaped spikes at the top. Guy apparently fell on it and the spike is sticking through his chin and out his mouth. Jaws of life are used to cut away fence. Nothing extremely graphic in terms of blood and gore, but it's tough to look at.

I'm surprised they didn't stabilize the portion of the fence he was impaled on before cutting it loose.

If I'm that guy, I'd like a little less videotaping and a little more urgency once I'm mobile.

actually, the way it impaled him it doesn't look in the least life threatening...if you're gonna get a metal spike thru your head this seems the way to do it.

there is no chance that he fell like that...he owed someone money or messed with the wrong people and this was his punishment. The spike sticks too perfectly out of his mouth for this to just be a freak accident
