Re: NL 50 : made flush check raised..now what?

seems like a flush or a straight. If he has a flush your probably drawing dead. If he has a straight you have 11x2=22% to hit your hand and beat him. Your getting roughly the right odds to call if you get a small amount of implied odds on the river. If he has a higher flush your drawing dead wich seems plausible (except str8 flush)

So dont like your position leaning towards a fold...

I would either fold or shove depending on history with the villain/reads - and since you provide no reads I'd shove.

reads on villain?

Against an unknown I call and re-evaluate on the river. Since we donked the flop, the SB probably doesn't have us on a made flush.

?? If he has a straight he is drawing dead to us.

Hero can not make a straight flush with only one card to come.[ QUOTE ]

I agree with this. I am pushing right now, and if he has a bigger flush, oh well, coolers suck. But he can easily have a straight, set, 2 pairs, or something like A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]8x.

Folding here is beyond terrible. We have a flush on a non-paired board. Am I missing something huge here??

Agreed. I really like around $13ish on the turn and I'm shoving over a raise. We also can't just call b/c another club falling would potentially kill our action. Trying to find folds in spots like this is a huge leak.

FFS get your god damn money in. This is horribly horribly weak tight thinking to ever think about folding for 120 BB.

Stop trying to find hero folds and seeing monsters under the bed and try to get all your money into the middle with a flush.

I'm 100% agree with you, I cant fold this, just wanted to be sure about my play is correct...

Re: NL 50 : made flush check raised..now what?

Im with khaos and whoever else is saying push. How can you think about doing anything else honestly? Shove this turn as there are obviously some bad river cards that can kill your action or kill your hand. He can be doing this with a lower flush, a straight, a set possibly, hell he could have a pair with the A of clubs. With no reads or stats on villain I have no idea what his opening range is but youre so ahead of an unknown that it doesnt even matter.
