400nl bluffing with 2 pairs lol

villain is danistar, multitabler 18/14 or something no other notes.

people don't seem to check river often enough on 4flush boards w/ big hands even when their opponents are likely to bet almost anything either as a bluff or for value. how is this?

as for his hands i think he has a straight/2pair/set, maybe with a small spade.

I actually like this, I can't see too many hands he can have to call that take this line. I hope he doesn't have a sick read on you that enables him to check the goods here to induce you bluffing.

Do you flat the nuts on the turn here often?

i think a lot of decent players almost always check A or K high flush here with the intention to call knowing a decent player like yourself must bet to win the pot.

i don't like this at all (and definitely not vs danistar)

what do you make of his turn bet? and what hands in your turn calling range should be able to value shove this river?

this looks terrible

he's looking you up with a spade and you win the pot a lot anyway by just checking

I like this play... ONLY way he can call IMO is if he has a good flush or 6x6s and makes a ridic hero call.

if he has a hand which can't call here then he is almost certainly betting the river, no? cause nuggetz sure as hell shouldn't have a high spade here given preflop/flop/turn action unless its precisely As6x or a high slowplayed flush

Don't like this at all, you're repping a pretty narrow range and that and also because it's a blind battle you'll get looked up probably by any flush if he is decent. This is a great line to take for value though, he almost definitely has a hand he thinks might be good but can't value bet (straight, set, medium or weak flush), and plans to call the river a good amount.

You're also good here sometimes, although not a ton. I think bluffing for > psb on the river though is spew against a decent player.

i certainly agree with the part about bluffing for greater than a pot sized bet, well said a5
