Best 2/5 games in Vegas

I'm bringing about 1500 to Vegas with me, and wanted to know where the softest and nicest places to play 2-5 NL. Caeser's, Bellagio, Wynn, Venetian are the biggest ones - does anyone have a preference?

Better bring more then 1,500 if your going to play 2-5. Is the 1.5k for the tipping?

I've never played in Vegas, and then again I only do 1/2 NL, but maybe you should start the first day out at the 1/2 and when you're on a good upswing after a few days, start looking for nice 2/5

-My 2 cents

$1500 seems real weak to be playing $2/5

$1500 is fine, 3 buyins for the $500 max 2-5 game at Bellagio and for the normal casual player and I think is probably a decent stop loss for a casual player that you seen to be

I would go with Bellagio as its the lowest NL game there and normally pretty soft

3 buyins might be a good stop loss for a session. if he hits that the night he arrives in LV, i hope he has other things he wants to do for the rest of his trip. If his trip to vegas is just a day trip, then yea, go nuts with 1500 at 2/5. Otherwise, bring 3k or play 1/2.

He can always buy-in for less ($200-$300).

Short stack $300 gives you a slight advantage as well as 5 buy ins.

You might want to consider the 1/3 $500 max games also. Caesar's and TI offer the 1/3. Maybe a few others. (Wynn?)

Re: Best 2/5 games in Vegas

Regarding those questioning my bankroll/game selection, I'm definitely properly rolled for these games. I have another $1000 available per day if I need it, and won't hesistate to buy in several times. Honestly, I have never lost 3+ buy-ins in one session of 2-5. As others said, 1500 is just my stopping point for one day, and I will reload if necessary.

There's no way I'll be playing more that a little 1/2 and 1/3. 2/5 is a lot more fun and profitable, so please only recommend the GOOD 2/5 games
