Awesome! Sounds like you were able to get in touch with customer service via online chat quickly, who explained what the problem was. WOW.

Let's see what would happen at other sites:
UB - no phone, no online chat, usually don't answer email.
Stars - no phone, no online chat, email will get 2 hour response
Party - Call them on phone, english as second language person will tell you everything is fine, problem must be with your computer
Absolute - see UB

This level of support might make me rethink the Prima network.

You would have gotten felted with your AK and not made the money so you should be happy. You know somebody was limping with AA or KK...lol

Im sure as with virtually every other site you will be payed in proportion to your chip stack. This happens all the time so you are not alone....it is part of online poker...deal with it.
