Slowplaying AA on this flop is mistake you should've bet like hell on that flop. That flop fits his pre-flop 3bet pairs(especially with that darned K on flop). We're only ahead of AK here and his pre-flop 3bet range crushes us on this flop. I'd fold here like you did.

i'd probably c/r the flop to ~7k then [censored] my pants if he pushed all in either here or on that turn.

Can I ask why not 4 bet him preflop?

i like calling here pf like half the time because you can usually expect a decent sized c-bet on most flops. Calling this flop is horrible though imo.

bc i played it like crap. i was going to c-rai him but i slowed down bc jj qq are a good part of his 3bet range so i figured wa/wb scenario. then k on turn is bad bc i cant beat kk now. i just said f-it i played it like crap im bailing before i lose it all.

I really like the preflop play... flatting is awesome, cause they always c-bet.... c/r all in is the only real flop line tho. After that, your hand just looks to strong to be anything besides AA or a set... so villain is likely to shut down. If your line with a draw would be to c/r all in on flop, than you have to do it with AA some of the time too.

I think you should 4-bet PF as well, but good fold at the end.

Ok, a few things.

First, any reads on MP3 would be very helpful. I don't think you misplayed this too bad, but a note or observation on Villain's play would be helpful in suggesting a different line.

Second, I think that flatting PF with AA is a fine play, especially at levels where Villains never expect AA because, well, you would have 4bet PF, right?

However, I like to do it against certain opponents, really loose non-thinking morons for the most part, and we're not sure if that is this Villain. He's put in a decent chunk of his stack from MP3 against an EP raiser, and so I'm thinking that he'll get the rest of it in PF. So this is a situation where I'd probably 4bet.

Shove preflop. I've been pushing my big pairs real hard before the flop lately and people seem unable to lay down a hand after they re-raise.

SHOVE SO HARD PRE AND TAKE THE BAD BEAT LIKE A MAN if he has trips u got 6 outs.... and u're the bigger stack and even if you call and lose you doink down to 6k which is still M=15 w/ some room to maneuver.

i think he had AK A10 NOOOOO WAY

If you think he will cont bet, you might as well just 4bet small (like 1/2 the pot) which will force him to call. You get the same amount of chips as if he cont bet and you have an automatic flop push.
