GF getting sexually threatening txt msgs
 

She's been getting them for a little while, but they're escalating. Probably related to a creepy voice mail should got from a private numbers.

I'm about to call Sprint then the Police but I was wondering if there was any better option. There's no way to block specific numbers with AT&T.

The phone number is (337)-315-6489. Maybe someone has access to reverse lookup or something.

Any other suggestions?

I did reverse lookup on a site that i have a paid subscription to. The name came up as being registered to Sklansky, David.

If it worries you enough, cops. Anyone leaving you with a legit number is probably not a concern though.

I was able to do a search on a database that is not publicly available. All it said is that the number is a cell that is owned by someone residing in Lafayette, LA. It did not give the name of the person.

i'd wait another week or two before calling police.

don't read them, just delete them.

if its someone doing it for attention, cops might just make them more interested and more creative.

I have had this same exact sh-t happen. Do keep the mssgs. but it will mostly like stop when perv is not getting any response what-so-ever!!! He will get bored, may take a few weeks, then he'll fixate on another female.
Also, since you have his name now, look up sex offenders website to see if he is a registered offeneder and a potential real threat! I use and it's free http://www.familywatchdog.us
