I was on the cover of my school newspaper last monday for a paintball tournament. The UofMN is one of the largest schools in the country with 55,000 students so the newspaper actually gets read by people. Shooting people >>>> talking about online poker

Joshua Tabak ’09, resident advisor in Bauer Hall, explained that this does not mean gambling is legal at Cornell, but simply that it is not a major issue.

I messed with that game about ten years ago, it wasn't really bad for a strategy game although yes it's pretty nerdy. You pretty much assemble a custom deck out of whatever cards you have (there are thousands of them) and play against other player's custom decks.

The problem is that your success depends a lot of being able to acquire certain cards. It's not really a level playing field if you don't want to spend a couple hundred dollars on certain cards. I'm sure if they're playing Magic tourneys these guys have a lot invested, which is ghey.

Its not as gay on the competitive level as you would think after walking into a local card shop... but generally it is pretty lame. It's an interesting game though. No more hijak. Just thought it was funny to see that name from years ago, at some college on a poker committee.
