Most of you know Mark Teltscher (play2kill), he was the guy who finished 2nd at EPT Barcelona this year, the tournament that FunkiiMunkii and Junglen both final tabled. The jittery little english guy who was psycho aggro.

Well, some new speculation in NVG is that the account "TheVoid" belonged to Mark's sister, and other rumors state that Mark had 5 accounts in the main event

This is shocking to me, because earlier, a friend who loathes Mark Teltscher reckoned it was probably him because "he is the only cunnt arrogant enough to put monte-carlo". Mark is known for greeting people with a line like "hello, my name is mark teltscher, I live in park lane and drive a ferrari".

I have had three independant original sources close to the UK poker scene who don't know each other report that this account was his. The five account allegation is truly shocking and from the most reliable source.

Mostly, I assuage myself that I don't have to cheat to win, and then I move to mid-stakes cash games, where stuff like this isn't prevalent, and on top of that, I go out and live a rich and varied life, which is something I will have after poker is gone, while these guys are just a bunch of loner cheaters.

In short, I know there's more to life than money and poker and I don't attempt to swindle people for a few bucks.

Honestly, it's gotten comical to me. The fact that there even is a debate about this says that the ethics of people playing today are so out of line with my own and with what I assumed the ethics of the game have been (and with those of the people in this game I trust) that it wouldn't at all surprised me if the games collapsed because of all the cheating and corruption. Online tournament poker is going the way of boxing.

Other multiaccounters caught by stars got to keep their winnings, correct?

(The alternative being moving everyone up in the pay scale?).

Even if we're all sure it was him, if he actually has a sister and is playing under her info, even from the same IP, can Stars do anything if she says it was her and send in her ID and whatever?

Apparently nitbuster is Josh Arieh as well

More multiacounting

nitbuster, who made the final table is widely rumored to be Josh Arieh. In fact Dan Negreanu had to keep himself from saying 'Josh' on the webcast tonight.

What is most interesting is Josh Arieh was accused of colluding with Big Cy (Mark Wilds) and as I believe received an under-the-table suspension and ban. Josh Arieh also used his wife's (Angela) account atl angela until being asked to stop by stars as Angela doesn't even play poker. All the accounts herein all play the style associated with Josh Arieh.


Let's look at an interesting timeline of Josh Arieh pokerstars accounts:

atl angela: Started playing on February 2nd, 2002, stopped playing July 7th 2003.

razorbax: Started playing September 21st, 2003, stopped playing April 10th, 2005.

nitbuster: Started playing on May 1st 2005 and until now.

Very suspect. I don't think there was an official response to his collusion in the 30-60 O8 game from stars, but he was all but stated guilty by stars in this case.

Kind of Off Topic, but this stereotype is completely ridiculous. Poker is a [censored] game. Play2kill, JJProdigy, and ZeeJustin probably live a 10x more rich and varied life than you.

In fact, I'd go so far as to say the Multiaccounter's lack of ethics make them completely separate poker and life so that they are in fact 100x less likely to be the "loner cheater" you described, and in fact live a much more balla lifestyle.

I know I entered my single account, donated my 2600$ into the WCOOP ME, just like i did every other event, and I'm still a depressed, loner [censored]. The fact that I have better ethics some multiaccounters doesn't help me sleep better at night.

I mean, hate on them for being scumbags if you believe that and say they are going to hell, but this is just like making fun of me or gobboboy for being fat, only if we were actually Patrik-looking. ROFL.

Not really sure what the point of your rant is. I was pretty sure Mark was a baller when I met him, still if he multiaccounted he is a cheating scumbag, but I don't see how you can draw such grand conclusions of people's daily lives from their ethical standards in online poker.
