Who here has actually called someone up on craigslist and paid for sex? or found someone using casual encounters.

My friend and I tried tonight. She told us to call her when we got off the freeway exit going to her hotel, and when we did she was asking for our car's make and model which seemed pretty fishy. We then lost reception with her and never was able to call her back

This would he a horrible idea imo, as the chance that she is either a cop or has a pimp with her who will just rob/beat you and dip is too high for any rational person to attempt this.

i find the whores you get off of ebay to be much better, and you're less likely to get scammed. only go the whores with at least 95% positive feedback ratings.

FYI - I have learned from a buddy of mine the secret to distinguishing a "rub and tug" from a regular massage place. Look at their yellow pages ad. If they advertise young girls, then it's a rub and tug, which he says is actually usually a rub and blow.

I feel like I've cracked the Rosetta stone. This has exciting implications.

Why do you dudes even mess with CL? Go to a site that has actual reviews - find a girl with multiple good reviews - and pictures - and go from there.

There will be no sex. They won't come alone. They'll show up with some big dude who's more than likely armed. They will negotiate a price and collect the cash. They hand the cash over to big dude who goes and waits in the car. You will NOT be getting this money back. Then they'll dance/strip for whatever time you negotiated and encourage you to jerk off. You'll be lucky if you get any more hands on than you do inside a club.

I used to drive dancers to bachelor's parties, etc. and was asked to do this kind of work on more than one occasion. I'm not big on scamming people, so I always turned it down.

If you want to pay for a hotel room and a couple hundred bucks for a private dance, have fun.

*edit* Like someone else mentioned, find an escort service. The reason 90% of the CL stuff is a scam is that it's done anonymously. The "escort" doesn't have to worry about reviews, referrals, holding up their reputation, etc.

The car thing is for their safety. They usually relay it to a hooker friend or a pimp in case you slice them up. If you live in a city massage parlors are the best. Low chance of getting busted, no weird hotel room or pimps to deal with. You might need to shop around to find the best deal, full service, etc.
