I was actually in the room at the time when you guys were playing PLO the other day. One of my buddies jumped in the game for a bit. He said it was a lot of fun. I just can't stand Omaha as a game, lol. I think he said it was a 500 max on the game with 100 min, IIRC. As for not getting one going most places, it's tough unless you actually start one up and are willing to wait for more players to fill it up.

1/1 PLO with no max spread a couple days in a row last last week at TI (with full tables!). It was a good pretty deep stacked game (many pots were $200-400).

Glad to hear PH is getting a similar game going as well.

Does this game run all the time?

No PLO game runs ever in this town unless people come in to specifically start one up. Nothing is regular though. The last semi regular was the 5/5 at the V before summer. The TI one is sporadic at best as well.

I have a few errands to do tomorrow afternoon but could make around a 3:30 or 4 o'clock start.

Boulder Station has 4-8 Omaha high, 4 tables everyday and the pots are over 200 almost every hand

At what time of day did these games go?

The PH one was going all day when I was there the other day for some NL. I got there around noon and it was going, was still when I left around 7ish. That doesn't mean anything though, the game isn't popular enough to spread it every day anywhere in town. You basically have to come in and recruit players to start one of these.

There was 5/5 PLO hi/lo going at the V about an hour ago... oddly there was no 5/10 NL at 4 PM and only 2 names on the interest list

I played this game a couple of years ago, and it was delightful. Local nits are terrified of this game, so it's pretty much action players. I was the only person at the table who had a smattering of english. I tried to talk the management into making it an optional 16 on the end, but they weren't having any of it. It's a little out of the way, but it's the only place to get a taste of no-fold-em omaha tall away from the Gulf Coast.
