C/r flop? I dont like this turn either.

Re: How about this...

Especially after c/c flop. I'd rather c/r than c/c I think because we can't c/c the turn and if a diamond spikes we're gonna have trouble getting paid unless he has KK, but if we raise flop to 102, we can take the initiative away and semi-bluff shove the turn.

If you c/c the flop, I think on this card you should c/r because we have a lot of hands that hit this card, but we're hardly ever donking the turn with JT I don't think. Also we can get a free card if he checks behind.

and then what do you do when he flatcalls and the turn is a brick? when he shoves? basically ur turning ur hand which has good equity into a bluff.

youve got lots more options. you can b/3b the turn, you can c/r the turn, you can c/c the turn if he sizes a bet poorly. by c/ring you put urself in a bad position because youve bloated the pot but arent pot committed and all your options look like [censored] on the turn.

I don't like just calling flop. It takes away a lot of options later and it becomes about making your hand, and even then you probably won't get paid unless he has a monster.
