Yeah, this really isn't disgusting, just really weird looking. It is amazing he's been able to live and stay otherwise healthy with these things growing on him.

I was confused at first b/c his condition has nothing to do with a tree except kinda looking like roots. I assumed he like sat on a tree for a year and it grew into him or something.

Seen similar before. I think I saw someone else with this condition on ebaumsworld or something. They can cut it off but apparently it just keeps coming back. Has nothing to do with trees.
