I'm confused, let's say i go to a bar and get drunk and for whatever reason can't get a taxi or a ride home, so i crash in the backseat of my car in the parking lot, having never driven my car after being intoxicated. I can still technically get a dwi if i have the car keys on me? even though it's clear that i never attempted to drive home while intoxicated.
