The restrictions were:
a) You cannot open a pot PF (regardless of limpers), but once someone else pops it pre, you are free to do what you will (until postflop)
b) On all postflop betting rounds, you may fold/call/bet as you normally would, but whenever you are facing a bet (or raise), the most you can (re)raise is the minimum.
