How does a trash-eating vegan get the energy to play soccer? I imagined him being slow and almost in a stupor from subsisting on thrown away bagels and bell peppers.

yes i am vegan, and i think there is a misconception about food from the trash.

i mainly go to stores, not resturauants
so i get unprepared food and prepare it myself

i had bagel with vegan margarine and jelly for breakfast, also waffles, i got pizza sauce, pizza dough and veggies so i made vegan pizza, i also made pasta salad, lots of fruit smoothies, um yeah etc. etc.

generally pretty good eating.
