His affiliate would love him even if he won $19,000. Party pays affiliates based on their percent of the house edge per bet, not the actual win/loss. This way I guess noone has a negative balance.

In the long run it actually benefits Party though as few play the actual basic strategy every hand and many play outside their bankroll so their risk of ruin is huge.
