Let's hope she knows what she's doing. Probably she thinks it's a silly idea and knows the servers are fine, but doesn't want to discourage the donation effort.

If the servers crash tomorrow I take full responsibility for the shenanigans, and you guys can punish me as you see fit.

Who knows. It's a stupid idea that could do more harm than good. They're expecting bigger and better things on December 16th I guess, but at least do it at a time when nobody else is going to donate! It's during the prime evening hours and on a day that a lot of people will want to donate. Also, won't the campaign have to pay more in credit card transaction fees with all of these $10 donations?

anyone think the ron paul movement will continue even if he doesn't make it to office ? Seems like he's opening up a ton of people's eyes to what's ruining america and their citizens lives.

Regardless of if he wins or not, I really think this is the true intention of the campaign. I've had some of the same thoughts he has expressed - I jumped on board because of that. It's funny; I never expected to share political views with a 72 year old man (I'm 20).

I guess its not impossible. Among the losers in 2004, John Edwards earned a VP nomination and Howard Dean is the DNC chair.

Huckabee freaking terrifies me. He speaks very well in a folksy kinda way that's likely to have appeal but he is seriously the worst of all worlds:

He is:
1. A warmonger
2. A socialist (seriously! check his club for growth record)
3. A hardcore bible-bashing social conservative

Ugh.
