"One interesting sidenote is that the KGC requires gaming records to be stored for five years at a minimum, so if AP cannot produce hand histories from prior to 2006 and before, then they could face a fine or sanctions of some kind if the KGC chooses to take such action. In my personal opinion, such action seems unlikely, but I do expect Absolute Poker to be more careful about data management in the future. "

It's not even worth talking about anymore unless its satirical.

Here is a link to an interesting article about Alan John Grimard (aka AJ Green) . The story claims that he is now in Canada, and it reveals his personal email address. They claim to also know his home address, but did not post it.

A reliable source informs me that total volume last week across the industry was down .01%.

Absolute was up 6.7%, gaining almost everything they had dropped in the previous two weeks.

I think it is fair to say this scandal had zero impact on their business.

that is bad news josem but prob was the most likely outcome if we are being honest with ourselves. lets not let the story die thoughwe need to keep it floating around on the forums.until the usa govt regs online poker there, think ill stick to british sports book sites. at least you have some form of redress if something goes awry.stars seems to be the only trustworthy site out of that bunch
