Yes.
I've been in a situation before where one girl who I wasn't that attracted to was pretty much a 'sure thing' because I knew she was into me but I wasn't interested and pursued the girl who I found hotter whom I was somewhat likely to strike-out with.
Of course in that kind of situation I can always call up the 'sure thing' girl later that night or the next day after said strike-out takes place.

Based on those pics though the 2nd girl's personality and wit would really have to blow me away for me to very interested in anything physical.
