Ryan wasn't much of a starter in NY, 1/3rd of his appearances were from the pen and he was under .500 as a Met.
It is a huge stretch to include him here.

I can see the argument for including Ryan on the Angels staff, but no way he belongs in the Mets' all-time rotation. He only pitched there for a few years and he was not yet the dominant pitcher he would become.

Can Maddux be on both the Cubs and the Braves?

Tug was a Phillie for 10 seasons, a Met for 9 and pitched in 100 more games as a Phil. I claim him for the Phils.

I also claimed Alexander for the Phils, as he pitched in almost 100 more games as a Phil than as a Cub and played for both teams for about 8 seasons.
