49ers -3

Oh dear, I'm such a BSP but all I can say about this is zOMG!!!!!!11.
This just seems to be a huge overreaction to last week's nonsense in KC. The 9ers aren't going to be winning much this season but they're a lot bet than this Oakland bunch. Throw in the fact that they have a chance to win , and at home and they'll be up for this. Oakland must be on the verge of just giving up playing after last week's collapse.

$300 Cardinals +3.5

Something a bit more controversial for this pick

I feel that this is one of those games where if you worked out the average, it would come out as a heavy Chiefs win because Leinart might just turn up and throw interceptions all day long. Some of KCs wins will be embarrassingly big.
This doesn't mean they'll lose by 4 or more 50% of the time though.
That all being said, KC are pretty poor this year although Huard seems to be doing an okay job. They have a decent 'D', but have failed to get much going offensively. (yeah yeah, they trounced the 9ers at home last week, well done KC).
The Cardinals have struggled too, but they're the home side here and again I think that the line represents a huge overreaction to last week. I'm sticking with my (now old) adage. "Chiefs, Road, Suck"

$200 Buccs +6.5

Coming off a bye, the Buccs could look to upset here. The Saints have had an emotionally and physically gruelling two weeks and although there will be a huge atmosphere again this week, it won't be anything like the sillyness of two weeks ago.
Given that the Saints games have been low scoring, 6.5 points could turn out to be a lot here. I might take a small bet on TB on the moneyline too if there's any kind of reasonable odds about.

$100 Chargers -3.5

The Steelers don't seem that good to me this year yet. My only concern is that the Chargers will blow this in the fourth AGAIN, but I fancy they'll get the lead here.

YTD 10-6 (I think)
