Will I be able to just make a back up of my DB in postgreSQL and then import that into PT3?

[/ QUOTE ]

I'm not sure what you mean. PT3 will be able to read data directly from your PT2 databases, so you'll have to do nothing but start the conversion process.

[/ QUOTE ]

So if PT3 will read PT2 database will PT3 import all tournament summaries and all tournament files from SNGs with out needing anything else.

And in theory PT3 database will look just like PT2 database after it has imported everything???

[/ QUOTE ]

It will have all the information PT2 has and more.

I should clarify my above post. When I say loss of stats I mean that not all of the stats available in PokerTracker 3 will work. All of your current data being displayed in PT2 will still be displayed in PT3; however, you will be missing the new stats.

I've got to say I think from a business standpoint pricing the HUD separately is a huge mistake. As it is, Realtime HUD is just amazing and unless there is some huge profound thing you guys have planned for PAHUD, I can't see anyone buying it over Realtime.

Had a feeling that was the response I'd get.

Are the hud going to display in realtime.
Hand strength?
Odds & Pot odds?
Outs?
Betting amount on each street?

It's likely we'll continue with the same idea I went with for PA Hud. Show information on past hands but nothing from the current hand. Showing information on the current hand comes very close to playing the hand for you. Features like this bring risk that poker sites may, in the future, decide to ban the use of our software.
