I agree that now that Neteller chickened out of the US, there should be just one thread for news on Neteller.

You are indeed wrong. Most of the world is highly racist and xenophobic. There are plenty of places both more and less tolerant than the USA. I am pretty confident that you're better off being a minority or in some other way "different" in the USA than in most parts of Europe let alone the "world". Embarrassing American miscreants are just well advertised.
