Re: paging Lee Jones - softplaying

Other operators, whether internet or B&M, would say "we do this because it's the way the rule's always been, and we won't change it."

Stars says "we do this because it's the way the rule's always been, and we need to think it through."

Whatever the result, this is a huge differential in thought process and one for which Stars deserves a great deal of praise.

Lee,
If you can't detect softplaying, how can you detect much worse, subtler forms of collusion that are against your rules?

I also have to say I'm disappointed @ elky, I've known him since back when he was starcraft pro and always thought he had straight ethics.

[/ QUOTE ]He still has straight ehtics. Do you know why? BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT AND IT'S PERFECTLY LEGAL!

[/ QUOTE ]Give it a rest.
If you can't even answer this question yourself, then I think anyone who explains it to you will just be wasting their time.

so Lee, Is it okay if we agree to "hard" play each other and go nuts everytime we are in a hand with the person we are in agreement and benefit from the crazy image from the rest of the table?
