Offer both a fight to the death for the ticket. If one of them actually accepts, take him, for being the most hardcore. If both accept, you get even more entertainment out of your tickets!

Have both friends get a piece of paper and tell them both to write a $ amount down on that piece of paper. The person who writes down the higher dollar amount gets the tickets and agrees to give the "loser" the amount of $ on the piece of paper. The guy getting the $ obviously has to spend the $ on drinks next time you guys go out.

dudes don't buy other dudes christmas gifts. bring the guy who's more likley to return the favor of free tickets to something you like in return. If neither guys ever get tickets find new friends.
