i really hated the halo 3 ending. from the commercials and the online promotions i was promised an epic final battle to protect earth. and of course, the real ending was reallllyyyy lame compared to what i expected.

I loved the Mario Kart 64 ending. Great music, awesome visuals of all the courses (the DK course with the waterfall made me jizz), and then the final with Mario saying "Hey! You very good. See you next time!"

Thankfully this isn't how it really ends in Contra. Which I'm surprised no one has nominated as one of the best.

I'm a little sad. I can't remember any good or bad endings to any of the games I've played [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] I'm just staring at my collection to try and remember. I'd say Twisted Metal Black has some pretty good endings. Argh why can't I remember [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

Worst: Mario Bros 2. I HATE "it was all a dream" endings.
