Why is Brandon Adams on the show? He always has been a total stiff nit.

[/ QUOTE ]

I have only watched him play on "Cash Poker" and he was not close to a nit. He was floating in pos. and trying all sorts of bluffs. This table calls for some nittness.

[/ QUOTE ]

it does but also note the difference in the level of the competition between both shows (except for farha)

The jman QQ fold seemed really weak.

I don't know why, but the lighting continues to feel really unnatural, which makes the line-up look like quite the freakshow.

Oops, I think I typed ivillage.com by mistake. Anyone know how to get to the 2+2 poker forums?

[strat question]
In the hand where Bob Safai flopped a full boat with pocket TT on a JJJ flop both he and gabe commented afterwards how bad he played the hand. Was the better play to raise the flop or fold to the river bet?

I think he should have either lead out on the flop, or checkraised it, depending on how often he thinks Jen is gonna cbet with a missed hand.
Once the A came on the turn, there was pretty much no way he had the best hand. Is she gonna bet 99 or 88 on the river? Not likely, since there's an A up there.

And the extreme difference in the depth of cash at the table could be a factor.

Unfortunately Jman isnt socializing too much at the table, maybe he doesnt know many of the players personally. I'd love to see him playing.

Other than that:
I think Sammy should have showed PH the K7, PH wasnt a believer.
Why isnt DN playing any hands? Does he think he'll win more money if he plays really tight?

Showing the 7 was the best way to get PH to steam and steaming PH = spew, no question showing just that one was the correct call.
