I talked to stars and they said they only offer it to people who have deposited more in their lifetime than withdrawn. So don't be too proud!

This obviously doesn't include transfers to other players, because I used to cashout mostly that way. By transferring to players for cash or debts. So while I do have this option I am still proud of it.
