Clark-

It sounds like you're built kind of like me. I'm 6'0" - 170 lbs. That doesn't sound bad, but I have always had alot of trouble building muscle mass, so I'm actually a little overweight (don't know my BFP). I ask this not to mock you, but as a legitimate question that I also deal with - do you just have no muscle mass at all?

With your diet, I would be more concerned with scurvy and kwashiorkor than body fat.

post in health and fitness forum. or just read the faq at the top and read the links. should be alot of good stuff if you want to get in shape.

you need to do something. 33% is retarded high.

I am 6'6" 392 with a BMI of 45.3 and bodyfat of 29.6%

Clark, I was reminded of you when I saw a hawk handler (I know there is a specific term for it but I cant remember what it is) talking about this hawk the other day. He said that the hawk although strong had a much smaller percentage of its body weight in bones than a human.

BTW can you fly? Are you part hawk?
