Yeah if you feel low energy you are probably depressed (chemical causes). I went through a similar thing very recently.

I feel like getting out of it is all a change in attitude. You have to realize that you aren't a victim here, and you need to take control of your own life. It's easier said than done, but i hope just me saying this will help you.
