Re: 2006 NFL Draft

I would be shocked if D’Brickashaw Ferguson, is still around at number 6.

You gotta figure NYJ is gonna take a QB though don't you? I guess they could go the free agency route...but Cutler is a pretty solid prospect.
GB has got to go defense.

I hope to god the #10 pick goes the way I see it. Though Vernon Davis, Larry Fitzgerald, Bryant Johnson, and Anquan Boldin would be a pretty sweet recieving core.

Yea, because the Cardnials need another pass catching option. When did Matt Millen take over there?

Re: 2006 NFL Draft

Yeah but we have NO TE...we got to get at least someone who can block and catch the ball.
we're gonna take a RB though so its a moot point.

i think its a lock that it will be Lendale White unless he runs really bad during his wrokout at USC.

You think they take him ahead of DeAngelo Williams? Denny has always loved speed, and LenDale doesn't exactly set the grass on fire when he runs.

Re: 2006 NFL Draft

They already have JJ Arington who showed some promise late in the season, and is really quick.
They need a power back ala Jerome Bettis.

Two key factors....new stadium this year
Everyone in the Valley is calling for AZ to draft Lendal...their calling him Glendale White...the new stadium is in glendale.

And we already have a small speedy back--JJ Arington.

I usually prefer going after the big back over the smaller one.
The Cardinals need some one who can get them in the endzone on 3 and 2.

8.BUF-Haloti Nagata, DT, Oregon-Only Houston allowed more yards on the ground last year than the Buffalo. Ngata’s very tough to move in the middle of the line at 350 lbs. He fills a big need immediately.

You would think so, but I have a feeling these idiots are going to take Vernon Davis. Being a Bills fan sucks ass

Also, I think Houston should leave the offensive skill players alone and figure out how to get Ferguson. If I were a Texans fan, I would be very unhappy with them taking either Reggie Bush or Vince Young.

I dont think there is any way that the Bills draft Davis. Ive read they are really high on Everett and Adams just got cut so we really need someone to fill the hole there. If Adams stayed then maybe they go after something else but I dont see how we can pass on Nagata now.

I think Davis goes at #6 to the 49ers. Probably won't be an option for the Bills.

I hope you're right, but I saw that Mel Kiper Jr. projected them to take Davis. I believe I also read that on ESPN.com somehwere.
