the BB cold called a 3 bet, this should signal warning bells unless you know him to mix it up here with a wide range, or a 1 out of 500 megadonk.

it looks like OP wants discussion on this hand in a vacuum,
in a vacuum... CHECK AND FOLD.

If villian is tricky or something, post that hand and discussion becomes a little more interesting on a case by case basis.

wow ok my bad. i thought catcher was intentionally giving bad advice. i never thought check/folding the flop would be an option.
