Jersey numbers in the NFL are determined by position, not so strict in college

College football kickoffs used to be kicked from the 35 yard line. This year the kickoff "line" was moved back to the 30 yard-line, which is what is used in the NFL.

In the NFL, only one team that plays in the postseason ends with a win.

In college football 50% of the teams that play in the postseason end with a win.

Isn't there something like in college you can't advance a muffed punt, but in the NFL you can?
