Yeah, it is Thremp. I personally do .5 before and 1 after, I've seen a whole variety of methods like you mentioned. Though I will confess, some days I just drink some juice PWO or milk depending on how close to vomitting I feel, what PWO I am taking and how nasty it is, and a couple other ancillary factors.

I used to force mine down when I had some McNasty stuff and then not want to eat for the next 3 hours since it was so gross. Not productive.

So I went and bought some dextrose. That stuff is just like icing sugar! I put a scoop in with my PWO protein drink and it tastes even sweeter. You guys sure this stuff is actually good for me? [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

slim, it is good for you when taken right after your workout...i wouldn't go having scoops on non workout days right before bed...do some searching...google "post workout nutrition" or search t-nation or bodybuilding.com and im sure you can find more than enough info speaking on having carbs post workout...

Good for accomplishing certain ends doesn't always mean good for you in every way. Sometimes you hae to make some choices. Or, don't.
