I guess you are betting as a bluff there alot, need to bet the nuts also which AKsuit always is on any board vs any opponent

As for the timing tell, a lot of times when people take a while before checking OOP on the river they want a free showdown and try to make you think they're debating between a valuebet and a checkraise.

I often make thin valuebets against these types, if only just to frustrate them.
