I wouldn't call him "great" as a rookie by any stretch. He was great in college, but his rookie year was nothing special and marked by injuries.

At least Mike Ditka got out of having to deal with the draft and got to golf all week, though!

The things I like about American sports is that they have all this history.... like you are very good at creating legends in your sports. Plus all the stats history "like he ran x meters , or scored this many home runs" or w/e

Oh, and I totally support emo stuff in this thread, but things have been going well for me lately, so I don't have much to talk about. (Although I think I can actually say moving to cash has HELPED that-- fewer hours played means more time to meet girls, and lower stress means I can relax and have fun easily.)

Anyway, emo and football can totally coexist and I'd hate to see it any other way.
